1. Controller

Stellar Marketing AG, Steinhauserstrasse 74, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. Email: contact@trackai.app. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

When you visit this website: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referrer and time of access (server logs). When you start a trial or purchase: email address, payment information, subscription status. In the TrackAI app: meal photos, nutrition entries and goals you provide.

3. Payments: Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland (and Stripe, Inc., USA). Stripe receives your payment and billing data to execute the payment and prevent fraud. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.

4. Subscription management: RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat, Inc., USA, to manage subscriptions, web purchases and access to the app across devices. RevenueCat processes a user ID, purchase history and subscription status. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

5. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Meta") to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Meta Pixel (in your browser): only if you click "Accept all" in our cookie banner. The Pixel records visits to our website, clicks on the App Store / Google Play buttons and the start of a checkout. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Meta Conversions API (from our server): when you start a trial or buy a subscription on our website, we send Meta the purchase event (event type, plan, price, currency, time), your email address in hashed (encrypted) form, your IP address and browser information, and, if you accepted cookies, Meta's cookie identifiers. Meta uses this to match the purchase to an ad you may have seen. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time by emailing contact@trackai.app.

For this processing we and Meta are joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR); the agreement is available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. 6. Attribution: AppsFlyer

We use AppsFlyer Ltd., 14 Maskit St., Herzliya, Israel, to attribute app installs and purchases to marketing campaigns. AppsFlyer processes device identifiers (such as IDFA/GAID where permitted), IP address and in-app events. On iOS this happens only if you allow tracking. 7. Transfers abroad

Some providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA (e.g. USA, Israel). Transfers take place on the basis of adequacy decisions (including the EU-US / Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for accounting records).

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at contact@trackai.app. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).
