Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the TrackAI services ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between TrackAI and you ("you", "user") and govern your use of the TrackAI application and services (the "Services").
Description of Services The TrackAI Services include an online application for social nutrition tracking, powered by artificial intelligence. We aim to provide dietary recommendations by analysing photos of your meals. Certain features may be unavailable at times, and we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue them at our discretion without prior notice.
Payment and Subscription Some features of TrackAI ("PRO Features") require the purchase of a paid subscription ("Subscription"). By paying for a Subscription, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge you on a recurring basis for access to the PRO Features. All payments are non-refundable, except for refund requests made within 2 calendar days of the initial purchase.
Subscription Cancellation and Refunds You may cancel your Subscription within 2 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, they will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
Intellectual Property All rights to the content and technology used in TrackAI are owned by us. You may use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content By uploading any content to the Services, you grant TrackAI the right to use such content for the provision of the Services.
Prohibited Use You are prohibited from using the Services for any unlawful purposes or for uploading harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Limitation of Liability The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. TrackAI shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the use of the Services.
Third-Party Links TrackAI is not responsible for the content of any third-party resources that may be linked on the site.
Changes to the Terms TrackAI may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site.
Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
